Moshav Shazur is in the northern part of the country near the city of Karmiel. Shazur is under the jurisdiction of the regional council of Marom Ha’Galill, the council famous for its well-known localities such as Moshav Meron and other well-known villages.
There are currently about 400 residents in Shazur, who live a traditional lifestyle.
Due to the moshav's diversity, there is a good chance that a modernized lavish Mikvah will cause a doubling or tripling of the Taharah in the moshav.
Construction has started owing to the importance of the project.
