Elifelet is a small settlement south of Rosh Pina in the Upper Galilee region and is close to the Israeli-Lebanese border.
The current mikvah is small and old; the rooms are extremely narrow and uncomfortable.
Due to these factors, Merkaz L'Taharat Ha'Mishpacha decided to renovate the premises.
