Project Mikvé Dalton

Dalton is a small moshav in Northern Israel near the city of Tzefas. Dalton is under the Marom Galil regional council. Immigrants from Tripoli Libya, founded the moshav in1950 with the help of the Association of Moshavim of Ha’poel Ha’Mizrachi. About two hundred and sixty families live in Dalton.

The current Mikvah in Dalton was built over fifty years ago, and in its more than half a century of usage has become run-down and decrepit. Due to the dilapidated state of the Mikvah and bearing in mind the growth of the moshav, Merkaz L’Taharat Ha’Mishpacha decided to build a brand-new  state-of-the-art facility which will be suitable to the current needs of Dalton and the neighboring villages.

 The land for the new Mikvah has been allocated, the new premises will hopefully provide the residents with the wherewithal to maintain a life of kedusha.
