The mikvah in the village of Meron is located near Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai (Rashbi) 's holy kever. The facility serves the local residents, the residents of neighboring communities, and the thousands of visitors who flock to Meron throughout the year.
The existing mikveh is outdated, with outdated infrastructure and unappealing preparation rooms that are no longer suitable for use. A comprehensive renovation is now underway that aims to restore honor and dignity to this cherished site. The project includes the construction of five new preparation rooms, two immersion pools, and a luxurious bridal suite.
This renovation will revitalize the mikvah and provide a warm, welcoming, and dignified environment where every woman, resident or visitor, feels embraced and uplifted. The reconstructed mikvah will reignite the purity of the town of Meron, and the kedushah and taharah generated by the new facility will multiply tenfold, spreading kedushah and taharah from Meron to the entire world.
